SAFETY DATA SHEETS (SDS)

1. INCOTERMS 2020 in Business Process

INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms) are globally recognised standard trade terms that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in international transactions. At Hakada, we strictly follow INCOTERMS 2020 to ensure clear and consistent communication with our customers, reducing misunderstandings and disputes during the shipping and delivery process.

INCOTERMS 2020 governs critical aspects such as the transfer of risk, delivery obligations, transportation costs, and the point at which the responsibility for goods passes from the seller to the buyer. By adhering to these standardised terms, we provide transparency and clarity to our clients, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their shipments.

2. Compliance with REACH Regulations

Hakada is fully committed to complying with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations, a stringent European Union legislation aimed at ensuring the safe use and registration of chemical substances.

As part of our compliance, we meticulously assess and register all chemical substances present in our products, ensuring they meet the required safety and environmental standards. We collaborate with suppliers, conduct thorough risk assessments, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of substances, ensuring that they are used responsibly and pose no harm to human health or the environment.

Our proactive approach to REACH compliance not only ensures the legality of our products in the EU market but also reaffirms our commitment to promoting sustainable and responsible practices in the chemical industry.

3. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Clients

Safety Data Sheets (SDS), formerly known as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), are vital documents that provide detailed information about the properties, hazards, safe handling, and emergency measures related to chemical substances and mixtures.

At Hakada, we prioritise the safety of our clients and end-users. We provide comprehensive and up-to-date SDS for all our products, in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements. These SDS enable our clients to understand the potential hazards associated with our products and adopt appropriate safety measures during storage, handling, and transportation.

By providing SDS, we empower our clients to make informed decisions, ensure workplace safety, and comply with regulations related to chemical substances, fostering a culture of responsibility and safety in their respective industries.
